Andy Tenney
Andrew Tenney brings over 15 years of experience as an Administrator and Executive Director in senior care (assisted living, specialized nursing, hospice care, and more). He holds an active NHA (Nursing Home Administrator) license. Currently, he serves as a profitability consultant with Certainty Management where he collaborates with business owners and C-suite executives to help them improve their efficiency in a variety of ways. Andy has served as a Sr Account Executive at the Arbinger Institute, focused on leadership training and consulting for C-suite executives. His tenure as the Administrator at Sun Mar Healthcare saw him transform a struggling 162-bed skilled nursing facility into a highly compliant and profitable operation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Andy is also certified and coached on high-performance principles at Elevated Worldwide and beyond. His background includes roles as COO of Assisted Living Resorts, Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, and various leadership positions at Plum Healthcare Group and OneCare Home Health and Hospice. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Brigham Young University and has a history of volunteer leadership within his church and community. A true servant leader, he served among other roles as a full-time service missionary in Brisbane, Australia for a period of two years. Happily married to Jonie Tenney, the couple live in Alpine, Utah and are the parents of seven active children.
