Lynda-Ross Vega
Lynda-Ross Vega has been fascinated with what makes people tick since she was a child. Her curiosity about human diversity and ways to bring out the best in people led her to a multifaceted career in banking, technology, and behavioral consulting. She's held roles including c-suite executive, entrepreneur, business owner, consultant, coach, daughter, sister, wife, step-mom, and grandmother. With over 35 years of experience in senior management and as a business owner/entrepreneur, Lynda-Ross is an expert at harnessing the power of perception to help individuals and organizations implement change, empower collaboration, and develop talent. Lynda-Ross began researching and applying styles theory tools early in her career. Her passion for identifying and focusing the right talent on the right task led to her collaboration with Dr. Gary Jordan, beginning in 1983, and their development of Perceptual Styles Theory™. Lynda-Ross is an avid reader, a foodie, and a music enthusiast. She enjoys walks with her Irish Setter Kinsey, working out at her local barre studio, hikes with friends, and thoroughly enjoys any time spent in the woods or by an ocean. She and her husband, Ricardo, left their corporate jobs in 1994, created their first business together, and never looked back. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching Premier League soccer (actually just about any kind of soccer), traveling, music, history, and live theater.
