Kat O’Sullivan
Kat O’Sullivan’s life had an unusual beginning. Being born in a secret city and the resulting secrecy factor in her early life made it challenging to show up authentically until, at 16 she convinced Bob Hope to sponsor her travels with the Up With People non-profit organization. It was the catalyst for becoming a lifelong changemaker. As a consultant and executive coach across sectors – corporate, nonprofit, education, and privately owned businesses, she helps people and organizations discover what else is possible and gives them the tools to go for it. In the middle of COVID, she and her husband packed up their lives and moved to Mexico. Kat continues to share her inspiring message as an author and speaker. She published From Doubt to Do: Navigating Your Pathway to Possibility and is now the radio host of Make Magic Happen on Voice America’s Empowerment Channel, allowing her to expand her reach and impact. Kat is passionate about helping people move toward the future just waiting for them to say "Hell, YES!" to new possibilities.
