Joel Dubin is a retired cybersecurity consultant and polyglot fluent in several languages. After years in the trenches of the corporate world, banging his head against the wall working with screwed up companies, he decided to come up for air and tell all in his book, The 7 Habits of Highly Dysfunctional Companies. He can teach you how to drive your business into the ground, or at least keep you laughing as the ship is sinking. He’s seen it all: office politics, toxic work environments and little Napoleons building personal empires in their offices. Joel is adept at cubicle warfare and bureaucratic knife fights. A humorist and linguist at heart, he also wrote another book based on his happy 30-year marriage, Yes Dear! A Husband’s Guide to Marriage. His other passion, learning languages, helped him in his consulting work internationally, and he can’t stop learning more languages. Joel lives in a multiethnic multilingual community, where he speaks three or four languages every day.
