Jason Mida
Jason Mida serves as President & CEO at Mida Associates, which he founded in 2011. Previously, Mr. Mida served as Vice President of Development at the LGBTQ Victory Fund, the largest LGBTQ political action committee in the U.S. From 2005-2011 during his time at the Victory Fund, he worked with LGBTQ candidates running for office at the local, state, and national level, including trailblazing candidates who broke barriers by achieving electoral firsts for the LGBTQ community. Mr. Mida works closely with all clients to ensure that every engagement is overseen to ensure success. He has worked with local, regional and national leadership across the country to highlight organizations working at the intersection of social justice and equality, which includes identifying opportunities for these groups to raise their profile, improve their access to funding resources, enlisting advocates from Capitol Hill to discuss the important issues of the day, strengthening and building relationships with Corporate America, recruiting celebrity advocates for clutch and nationwide events, and providing guidance and counsel to ensure that internal structures, have the tools and resources needed to be successful as lead volunteers for their respective organizations. As an LGBTQ Asian-American with a disability, Mr. Mida knows we should all have the same rights and freedoms as our fellow Americans and marginalized communities need dedicated improved support to fight for full equality and inclusion.
