Orville Ingram

With more than 12 years of dedicated work experience in public education, Orville Ingram aims to support and provide technical assistance in the development, implementation, and evaluation of mandated Special Education instruction, programs, and services throughout districts and schools. He worked as a classroom teacher, school leader, and district administrator in both urban and suburban school districts. The focus and interests of his work involve Special Education Reform and Policies, School Climate and Culture, Restorative practices, educating Young Men of Color, and Urban Education Policies. He has earned an Associate Degree in Communication from the Borough of Manhattan Community College/CUNY; a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Florida International University; a Master’s of Science in Education (Special Education) from Pace University in New York City; and an Advanced Masters of Education in Supervision and Administration from Bank Street College of Education in New York City. He also holds the New York State Certification in Special Education and Middle Child Education; and School Building Leader (administrative) and a School District Leader certification.
