Sigurlin Atladottir is an optimistic leader with more than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. Sigurlin is known as a people builder and collaborator, with a track record of building high-performing teams that make cool things happen while having fun along the way. Her experience ranges from leading large technical teams at a manufacturing site to driving pharmaceutical network strategy. Currently, Sigurlin is building and delivering cutting-edge automation and AI solutions at Roche Pharmaceuticals. Her passion is to free clever and creative people from hours of frustrations and shift human focus to the challenging and interesting questions humans are uniquely good at solving. Next to work, Sigurlin is pursuing executive MBA education at the University of Cambridge to complement Chemical Engineering degrees from the University of Iceland, the Technical University of Munich, and the University of Birmingham.
