Dr. Terry Anderson is the Chief Leadership Officer at the International Academy of Public Safety and the President of Anderson Corporate and Executive Coaching, Inc. He has earned the trust of executives from organizations such as the US Department of Justice, various police departments, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Dr. Anderson holds professional certifications from several prestigious organizations, including California POST, Lean Six Sigma, the International Association of Business Coaches, and the Haines Centre for Strategic Management. He designed the IADLEST and POST Certified Workshop "Every Officer is a Leader" and holds a PhD focused on Organizational Transformation.
