Heather Reynolds

In over 20 years as a counselor, Heather Reynolds has been dedicated to finding genuinely helpful and healing practices. Initially practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist, she still sought more effective healing results. In 2012, she began training in Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), which marked a significant turning point. Now exclusively practicing RRT, she has found a methodology that facilitates quick and painless transformations for clients. As a Certified Rapid Resolution Therapy Specialist with hundreds of hours of training, she is passionate about her work, witnessing remarkable and lasting changes repeatedly. Heather also serves as the co-lead investigator on a study at the University of Colorado Denver, examining the efficacy of RRT in treating sexual assault survivors. Additionally, she travels nationwide to teach other mental health professionals about RRT. Currently, she works as the Trauma Specialist for the University of Colorado Denver Counseling Center and maintains a private practice for clients aged 12 and up.
