Tom Madonna
Tom Madonna is VP Industry Advisory at SAP. Previously, he served as the Industry Executive Advisor for Automotive at SAP, working with the Automotive industry from OEMs, suppliers, retailers, dealerships, and fleet operators to address their business needs from product development to delivery and service. Tom’s concentration is in helping organizations improve their bottom lines through process efficiencies, optimizing cash flow and maximizing profitability. Tom has a proven track record in manufacturing, procurement, retail, financial, and cost accounting systems with SAP, Oracle AI/IOT/RPA and Analytic packages, overseeing all phases of full life cycle management, agile/scrum processing, functional and technical delivery, business process transformation, and change management. He has spent the last 35+ years in consulting and technology adoption at some of the world’s largest system integrators. Tom is also a professor, wine and food enthusiast, avid fisherman and global traveler.
