Shanton Wilcox
Shanton Wilcox is currently an SVP at NTT Data, leading the global supply chain consulting practice. He started his career growing up in trucking and parlayed that into a 25+ year career in supply chain consulting. Throughout the course of his career, he's helped companies build capabilities to drive new levels of performance, including the enabling technologies needed to drive efficiency. Some of his more rewarding work was with Automotive OEMs and the respective supply bases working on synchronizing planning and scheduling information, orchestrating consistent customer experience across digital channels, and driving efficiencies into aftermarket operations. Fast forward to the present, and today's capabilities are focused on fine tuning day-to-day operations and preparing for step function change in performance driven by AI.
