Bruce Cryer

Bruce’s passion is at the intersection of optimal health, creativity, spirituality, and human performance. He was a founding director of the HeartMath Institute and later CEO of HeartMath LLC. Principles he developed around the connection between heart coherence, health, brain performance, and leadership have been taught at Stanford University for more than 25 years, to executives of Fortune 100 corporations, to nurses and health care professionals on four continents, and to individuals from all walks of life. He performed more than 800 times in the world’s longest-running musical, The Fantasticks, in New York City, and his album of original songs, Renaissance Human, debuted in 2018.
