Randy Simpkins

Randy Simpkins first and foremost, is a child of the King. He is the grandfather of a three-year-old, beautiful granddaughter, the father of three sons, the humble husband for 33 years of Christal, and a living kidney donor. Randy grew up on a dairy farm in Roopville, Ga. He is a graduate of the University of West Georgia with a BS in political science and is currently working on his Masters of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary. He served during the first Gulf War as a nuclear reactor operator in the United States Navy. Randy is a local businessman, a former Carroll County Commissioner, and co-authored the book “Our Way Home” with his wife Christal, which recounts their spiritual journey throughout their marriage and the transformational events surrounding the disappearance of their son Joe in March of 2000 depicted in the film THE WAY HOME. Called into the ministry in 2016, Randy is now serving as Senior Pastor at Old Camp Church in Carrollton, Ga. He is the founder of End The Wait Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization tasked with creating a film whose sole purpose is to save 100,000 lives and impact millions through the awareness of the need and ease of live kidney donation.
