Lisa R. Triggs
Lisa R. Triggs is the youngest of seven children from a small town. Lisa pursued music with dreams of becoming a singer, but her life took a different turn when she met someone special. They married, started a beautiful family, and moved to the big city in 1996. Lisa never abandoned her passion for music, forming a five-person band and later a duo in the mid-2000s. Lisa also discovered a love for acting. She appeared as an extra in movies like “Murder at 1600” with Wesley Snipes and various HBO films and shows. She has also been on a TV show. With over 20 years in marketing, Lisa has excelled in selling promotional products and, since 2020, has been a human-to-human social media marketer in the gluten-free space. Lisa is a multi-talented individual whose journey reflects her adaptability, creativity, and dedication to her passions and family. Her upcoming book, titled, “The Menopause Mindshift: How I Unleashed My Inner Queen, And You Can Too!” is due out in October 2024.
