Peter Lichtenthal is a dynamic global executive with deep experience in nurturing creative & executive talent while growing iconic brands within the prestige cosmetics industry. His innovative & strategic leadership & keen cultural sensibility was key to his nearly 30 years of success at the Estée Lauder Companies, highlighted by his role as Global Brand President of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Bumble & bumble Haircare, & Smashbox Cosmetics, as well senior executive positions at M.A.C. Cosmetics & the Estée Lauder flagship brand. After retiring from Estee Lauder, Peter founded PBL Consulting, LLC, now dedicating his career to fostering his unique concept of “Pioneering Business Leadership” through Executive Coaching, Leadership Training, Public Speaking Workshops & Lecturing. Additionally, Peter is an Advisor for My Next Season, a firm specializing in Executive transition & change. He has coached individual C-Suite executives, as well as conducted leadership workshops, for companies as diverse as GE, Lockheed Martin, American Airlines, Deloitte, Prudential, Disney, Morgan Stanley, Liberty Mutual & Erie Insurance. Peter is also Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of Point Foundation, an organization that empowers LGBTQ students to achieve their full academic & leadership potential via scholarships, mentorship & leadership training. Peter & his husband Perry have been together for more than 25 years. He has lived internationally & has an affinity for learning new languages.
