Chiara Bersano
Chiara Bersano is curious and amazingly adaptable. Transcending geographies – across countries and continents – she seems to adopt seamlessly situations both in life and in the enterprise. With a classical and artistic background, Chiara started in HR Technology by a happy accidental encounter (with a newspaper) and never looked back, developing a “swiss-army knife” skillset, from decisions support, to advisory and consulting, from change management to conductor of the whole HR Tech symphony. Envisioning a future where HR and industry pros MUST understand data, Chiara has also deployed a master course on AI and its applications in a top management school.
