Lydia Gascon Samaniego
Lydia Gascon Samaniego is the author of TO HELL WITH YOU An Adventure Through Tragedy, Love, Betrayal and Transformation. She is the mother of four young men and is a yoga enthusiast, sound and energy healer, teacher and life mentor. She was born and raised in the Gold Country of Northern California, the daughter of immigrant parents from Mexico. She received a BA from the University of Southern California and an MA from the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain. She has lived and visited many states in America and has traveled to many countries. She loves spending time with family and friends and getting to know new friends. She loves to dance, sing, hike up mountains, garden, being in or on the water, natural medicine and healing, Mother Earth and the awesome potential of human beings.
