William Huddler
I’ve been married to my wife for 24 years and we’ve raised three daughters together. I was born in Subic Bay Philippines and raised in Stockton, CA. I currently serve as a leadership consultant and VP of Customer Success & Training for BRINC, a public safety tech & robotics company. I had the sacred opportunity of serving alongside the men and women of the LVMPD before retiring in 2021. Prior to wrapping up my career as the LVPMSA (Supervisor’s Union) Chairman, I was blessed to hold leadership positions as Watch Commander, Patrol Lt., Patrol Administration, and Force Investigations, Problem Solving, Gang Unit and Executive Sergeant (Chief of Staff) to the Sheriff of Clark County. I also served as the Tactical Cmdr. of the SWAT Team from 2017-2019. I possess a BS in Criminal Justice from the Univ. of Oklahoma and instruct at the International Law Enforcement Academy in Budapest as well as in the Nevada POST Leadership Schools and facilitate various leadership training courses associated with the challenging discipline of leading the warrior-class, leadership development for corporate teams, improving crisis leadership skills in public safety, best practices associated with OIS investigations, use of force and tactical policies. I’m humbled to hold a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Sergio Penha.
