Tammy Schaefer, founder of Blue Butterfly Solutions, has enjoyed working behind the scenes across multiple industries and small business ventures. Over the years, she’s seen many shifts in technology and believes in making friends with it, saying, “It’s here to stay, so let’s use it to enhance our work.” Her journey began in her twenties with a degree in legal secretarial sciences, sparking her passion for organization and problem-solving. After years in the corporate world, Tammy started her own businesses in residential cleaning, pet-sitting, and resume writing. These ventures sharpened her skills in independent work and team dynamics. Later, she adapted to the fast-paced construction industry as a virtual assistant for her husband’s boss. Now, with Blue Butterfly Solutions, Tammy helps business owners delegate efficiently and take control of the details that can often overwhelm growth.
