Erik Crown
Erik Crown is a former paparazzi who worked at TMZ, the tabloid gossip TV outlet. He chased and photographed celebrities at airports and events. Then, something happened to change his life. He reinvented himself as an animal rights activists and filmmaker. He then directed the extraordinary film Harambe about a silverback gorilla who was shot dead inside the Cincinnati zoo after a child fell into the gorilla's enclosure. This film dives deep and asks the question: was Harambe actually trying to save the little boy? This film reveals the inherent cruelty of animal captivity. Appearing with Erik is Sierra Williams.
