Chia-Ti brings over 21 years of expertise teaching movement, mindfulness, somatics, and resilience-building in New York City. Her movement practices include yoga (hatha, vinyasa, restorative) and qigong, which she offers to a wide range of age groups, including elders, adults, and teens, through community-based programs. She leads domestic and international yoga retreats through her business, One Love Wellness. Chia-Ti's workshops focus on stress management, resilience cultivation, and fostering belonging through neuroscience education and body-based practices. In addition to offering one-on-one coaching, she provides mindfulness and somatic support to businesses, schools, and nonprofits. Chia-Ti was a senior teacher with the Lineage Project for 17 years, where she taught mindful movement and meditation to young people and staff in detention centers, alternative-to-incarceration programs, and public schools. Chia-Ti works with the Garrison Institute's Contemplative-Based Resilience Project, providing mindful movement and psycho-social education to humanitarian aid workers, social service providers, and Congressional staff to help them manage stress and burnout. Since 2010, she has run an annual yoga and arts program in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and founded an educational fund to support Haitian children's access to schooling. Chia-Ti is deeply committed to wellness justice, striving to make wellness practices accessible, affordable, and relevant to all communities.
