Pat Sperry has lived a life full of extraordinary highs—from hitting grand-slam home runs as a boy to playing varsity soccer at the University of Michigan, and even becoming David Beckham’s body double in LA. But beneath the surface of his seemingly perfect life, Pat discovered that striving to "be the best" left him unfulfilled. After a transformative encounter with yoga, Pat embarked on a global journey of self-discovery, studying with masters in India, China, and Southeast Asia. Now, as a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and founder of Flourish Well-Being, Pat is passionate about helping others embrace whole-hearted living.
