Dave Finnigan
Dave Finnigan is the CEO of www.greenactioneers.com. He has a BA from Cornell where he majored in Anthropology and an MPH from UC Berkeley focused on Family Planning. From 1966 to 1976 Dave helped initiate the highly successful national family planning programs of South Korea and Taiwan where he helped his local counterparts take average family size from 6 to 2 kids and obliterate “son preference”. From 1976 through 2006 Dave personally taught recreational juggling in over 2,000 schools in 46 states and 6 countries and sold over 1,000,000 copies of his instructional juggling books in 7 languages. From 2006 through 2018 Dave created and presented his “Climate Change is Elementary” program in schools throughout the Northeast, helping families learn about the issue in a positive manner. From 2019 through 2023 Dave worked with over 60 undergraduate Sustainability undergraduate interns to create the “Green Actioneers Family Action Guide” and test the program in schools in Florida.
