Aaron LaPedis
Aaron LaPedis grew up in Denver, CO, where his parents got him interested in garage sales at an early age. Encouraged by his mother, Aaron hosted his first garage sale at 9. Following his father’s instructions to ask visitors what they wanted, have them make an offer, then sell the item, Aaron sold their entire living room furniture set. He was worried his parents would put him up for adoption when they found out! Aaron worked as a lifeguard in his teens, and after attending CU Boulder to study Criminology, he became a full-time entrepreneur. Based on his selling success and his love for making money by selling other people’s stuff, Aaron wrote the book series How to Become a Garage Sale Millionaire to teach people how to make quick cash from a side hustle like garage sales, eBay, and online auctions. As a philanthropist, Aaron works with Autism charities, Police Foundations, Veterans Associations, and supports TACT and the Denver Police Foundation. thegaragesalemillionaire.com.
