Jeff Rice
Jeff Rice has been in law enforcement for 26 years. He is currently a Lieutenant on a major city Police Department. In his current rank he has served as the SWAT Unit Commander, Advanced Training Lieutenant, and K-9 Lieutenant. Throughout his career he has served as a Team Leader in SWAT and led plain clothes crime suppression squads at the Sergeant rank and helped to create the Fugitive Apprehension Unit on his department as a Detective, along with serving in patrol assignments at each rank. He has a master’s degree in leadership and teaches courses inside and outside his department in Tactical Leadership and Decision Making.
