Heather Rausch
Heather Rausch is the Founder and CEO of Foxfire Events and the Joyfully Centered Global Collective, with a passion for uniting people, organizations, and communities for the greater good. She often says, "magical things happen when we unite," believing in the power of collaboration and collective energy. Through Foxfire Events, Heather develops live and virtual programs that enhance awareness, personal and professional growth, and amplify human kindness. Foxfire Events also creates tailored programs for clients, supporting their mission and teams. Heather is a captivating speaker, known for her authenticity, professionalism, and ability to spark "a-ha moments." Her presentations foster genuine connections, making her a valuable addition to events. This year, Heather launched Joyfully Centered, a global collective uniting people through shared experiences, nurturing Emotional Intelligence, and promoting kindness and joy. She believes this opens opportunities to positively impact lives, communities, and the world. Heather is an engaged member of the International Women’s Forum, serving as Communications Chair and Membership Co-Chair for the Arizona forum, and she sits on the President’s Community Advisory Council at Paradise Valley Community College. She resides in Arizona with her husband, son, and their dog, Ranger, affectionately nicknamed Godzilla. In her free time, she enjoys books, travel, Pilates, and being near water.
