Shadan Kapri
Shadan Kapri (pronounced Shadawn Capri) is an Attorney, Author, and Activist with a career dedicated to empowering others, particularly women and children. A U.S. Fulbright Scholar on human trafficking, Shadan founded Kapri Law & Consulting, a firm specializing in women’s and children’s rights, family law, and human rights law. Her commitment to these causes has been recognized by the White House and the United Nations. Shadan’s work has earned her the Daily Point of Light Award and the United Nations Development Programme Online Team of the Year Award in 2007. Her new book reflects her lifelong dedication to helping individuals break free from societal constraints and live authentically.
