Rachel Pearson
Rachel Pearson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Engage for Women and has extensive experience of elective politics to provide strategic planning and counsel for Fortune 500 companies, leading associations, social impact organizations, nonprofits and individuals. Rachel’s dedication to bringing together Members of Congress, senior staff and corporate leaders is widely recognized as unique and constructive by both sides of the aisle. This drive for coming together to find common sense solutions was inspired in her founding of Engage for Women in November of 2018. Engage for Women is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting women’s economic security through bipartisan and common sense solutions. Engage views the journey of a woman’s economic security holistically as a “thread” across her entire life, during which factors within and outside her control determine her ability to achieve economic security. Among these factors are lifelong health, education and workforce, generational caregiving, and financial prosperity. This basket of issues is vast and far-reaching, and Engage seeks to highlight and advance work that makes progress for American women.
