With an impressive 25-year career in law enforcement, Patrick has navigated every division in his agency, from field trainer to tactical operator and sniper, and served as a detective bureau commander and public information officer (PIO). His extensive experience includes six years as the #3 leader at a vibrant agency of 175 sworn officers, equipping him with a wealth of knowledge and insight. Patrick is a proud graduate of prestigious institutions such as the FBI National Academy (Session 274) and the National Command and Staff College (Session 2). He also holds a Master's Certificate in Law Enforcement Education from the University of Virginia. Recognized for his exemplary service, Patrick is a recipient of a life-saving award, a unit citation from the Oak Creek Police Department for the Sikh temple shooting, and the Magnus Leader Award. When he's not serving his community, Patrick dedicates his time to his family as a loving husband and father of two teenagers, navigating the wild ride of parenthood with humor and grace.
