Becky Heidesch
Becky Heidesch has been an entrepreneur for almost three decades. She is the Founder of WSS Executive Search, a women-owned retained search firm and one of the first in the country to specialize in the placement of women and diverse leaders. She is also the founder of two online career centers, a women's sports marketing agency and publication, and the author of the upcoming book The Career Masterclass for Women. Heidesch’s unique career path has encompassed a variety of roles spanning through college athletics, publishing, sports marketing, entrepreneurship, human resources, and eventually landing in executive search. She has interviewed and placed hundreds of professionals in dozens of industries, been a consultant to several corporations, and presented career seminars to women's groups and organizations. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in health and physical education.
