Courtney Goode
Special Agent Courtney Goode joined the Virginia State Police in February 2012 and was assigned to Arlington, Virginia. In 2016, SA Goode was promoted to the rank of Special Agent and assigned to the Department of Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Fairfax Field Office, General Investigative Section (GIS). In 2019, SA Goode transferred to the NOVA/DC Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. SA Goode has a passion for identifying those who prey on children and bringing perpetrators to justice. In addition to her casework, SA Goode conducts safety talks to raise awareness about child predators, encourage safe internet practices and empowers parents and children to take action when faced with suspicious or unwanted behavior online.
