Brigadier General (R) David Komar
David Komar is a retired U.S. Army Brigadier General, accomplished CEO coach, and President of EDA, Inc. He served over 31 years on active duty, including two years as the Director of Army Business Operations in the Army’s Office of Business Transformation. General Komar has been a student and practitioner of exceptional organizational culture for nearly 40 years. He lives in Kansas City with his wife of over 31 years and enjoys golfing, spending time outdoors, and learning new things. He wrote this book as part of his life’s mission of building a world where everyone loves where they work so that they not only thrive at work but are the best possible members of their family and community.
