Roja Khanpour
Roja Khanpour is the Manager of Circular Economy at Continental Automotive Technologies, responsible for developing roadmaps and strategies for transitioning to a circular economy. She is also a co-founder and core member of the Advanced Materials & Circularity Expert Group at the European Association of Automotive Suppliers, aiming to shape and promote a circular economy across automotive suppliers and beyond. Previously, she worked for more than a decade in the automotive, chemical, and oil & gas industries in various roles in Europe and the Middle East. She has studied Material Science, Polymer Engineering, and Chemical Engineering in Tehran and Erlangen. In 2021, Roja shifted her career focus towards sustainability and circularity, believing that her professional and academic background, combined with her personal values, positions her to make an impact on this important cause.
