Andrea Waltz
Andrea Waltz grew up in Southern California sun, going to the mall on weekends, listening to Michael Jackson and Madonna. She graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice to become a crime scene investigator years before it became a popular TV show. While working at LensCrafters, Andrea discovered a passion for training salespeople. There, she met Richard Fenton, who would not only become her husband but also her lifelong business partner. In 1997, Richard proposed an idea that would shape the rest of her career: writing a book together and launching their own speaking and training company. Together, they co-authored Go for No!, a book that has become the cornerstone of their business, Courage Crafters Inc. For almost two decades, they’ve been speaking on stage together, teaching people in virtually every business type and industry how to reprogram the way they think about the word “no” to achieve their goals and dreams.
