Karen Sachs
Karen Sachs travels and works extensively in North America, Latin America, Asia and Europe to drive change in the area of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Cargill. She partners with Cargill’s global business units and functions to develop and implement customized, meaningful diversity strategies and solutions. Karen also works with Cargill’s Chief Recognition Officer, Bill, to co-lead the Global Recognition Steering Team whose role is to create and sustain a globally relevant and locally applicable culture of recognition.
