He serves on the board of the company as a whole time Director. Vineet has instituted several radical programs that began a quiet transformation across the organization. Starting his career with HCL as a senior management trainee in 1985, Vineet has held leadership positions in sales and strategic marketing, and was the CEO of the infrastructure business before he took on his present role.
