Dr. Michael Oefelein
Dr. Michael Oefelein is a board certified surgeon-urologist and Diplomat of the American College of Surgeons. He is the Vice President, Global Therapeutic Area Head, Allergan Medical, Global Medical Affairs of Allergan, LLC and he continues a limited private practice in San Diego, California. Allergan is a multi-specialty health-care company. Dr. Oefelein’s responsibilities at Allergan include late phase clinical trials in Urology, Dermatology, Health/Bariatrics and Breast and Facial Aesthetics. Dr. Oefelein performs peer review for numerous medical journals, and he is a member of the abstract selection committee for the annual American Urological Association Meeting. Dr. Oefelein has authored many peer reviewed studies and has presented his research at numerous regional, national and international congresses.
