Milleniums for a Cause - will be our discussion topic at The Wellness Lounge, A Step Further 9 a.m. E.S.T. Monday when host Desiree Watson welcomes guest Alayjah Watson to the show. Alayjah Watson is the Chief Information Officer of Wellness Interactive; who is responsible for developing customer service platforms and managing/strategizing new technology projects. Soon enough the group called the Milleniums: ages 18-35 will comprise 36% of our workforce. Consider that by the year 2020; this group will be nearly half of our workers.
