Performance is not just for Olympic athletes, NBA stars and Oscar nominees. It's a phenomena we all engage in every single day to some capacity or another, whether it is a parent demonstrating a skill to a child, an employee giving a critical presentation to key stakeholders, an amateur golfer out for a round or a musician playing in a café. There are underlying commonalities related to producing great results in all areas of our lives which are linked to how we think, how we feel and how we interact with our environment.
