Michael Saunders and Warren Whitis
Michael Saunders is a Member of the Texas Association of Business Brokers. Michael brings to the company 24 years’ experience of business ownership and 15 years of real estate sales and development. Michael has started several companies and successfully grown them to become leaders in their industry. Michael ultimately sold his companies and consequently has a deep understanding of the concerns that a business owner has throughout the selling process of their business. As a buyer of a business himself, he can closely relate to the concerns that buyers experience. This extensive background has enabled Michael to effectively market each business. More importantly he understands the needs and motivation of business owners and is adept in all areas of the process. This ensures a smooth transaction for everyone involved. Michael has “been there, done that,” and Michael can relate to his customers. His experience, caring, attention to detail and immediate response make Michael an invaluable asset to both sellers and buyers.
Originally from a small country town located 20 miles Cincinnati Ohio, Warren Whitis attended Cincinnati Moeller High School where he took college prep courses and lettered in football for 4 years and was an All City Defensive End in his senior year. Upon graduation from Moeller High School in 1970, Warren attended Northeast Missouri State University on a football scholarship where he was an All-Conference Defensive Linemen for two years and a Graduate Assistant.
Warren graduated in 1975 with a B.S. in Industrial Technology. Upon graduation he went to work for DuBois Chemical in Cincinnati where he worked for 20 years and received his MBA from the University of Dallas in 1983. Warren was promoted to Vice President of a subsidiary company, Novamax Technologies, in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1999 Warren went to work for Spectrum Window/Security as a General Manager in Dallas, Texas. In 2008 he took a position with Toyota of Dallas and was responsible for the Marketing and Sales for Parts and Accessories for the Dallas/Ft worth area. In addition, Warren was responsible for several special projects with Toyota Corporate. In 2013 he accepted a position with Xerox Corporation as a Program Manager providing government. Transportation and Mobility services working with the Cities of Dallas and Garland in Texas, City of South Miami Beach and Bradenton County in Florida.
In 2017 he took a position as a business broker with Lesdon and Associates.
