Preventing accidents, injuries and the need for first aid is the best way to keep your family, friends and those around you safe. It is always best to be proactive versus reactive. This show gives you some of the tools you may need, or ones that you may not know or think about, to be proactive in avoiding many accidents/injuries/incidents.
Overall we discuss everyday safety, any situation or safety related situation that people will encounter in everyday life. This could include, but is not limited to home safety, infant safety, first aid, crowd safety, gun safety, car safety and more.
Todd Murray
Todd Murray has been a firefighter, emergency medical technician (EMT), technical rescue technician (TRT) and hazardous materials (HAZ MAT) technician for over 19 years. He is certified through Homeland Security and the Department of Defense, American Heart Association, American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI), and Red Cross. He is also a FEMA instructor and HAZMAT instructor. He has helped train the largest HAZMAT teams in the nation. He is the founder and owner of CPRBaby (infant CPR apparel). He has been awarded the ‘EMT of the Year’ and ‘HAZMAT Tech of the Year’. He has volunteered his time to instruct the Babies R Us infant safety classes (in-store) for expecting parents throughout Arizona. During his tenure as a firefighter, EMT and HAZMAT tech, he has received numerous calls that could have been prevented with basic information that people can use to help them prevent accidents, incidents and injuries. Todd feels that there is a void that can be filled by informing the public of techniques, knowledge and most importantly, preventative measures, that can be used in everyday life and situations.
