Mia St. John is a 5-time World and International Boxing Champion and first-generation Mexican born in America. She founded the El Saber Es Poder Foundation which helps empower individuals suffering with mental illness, homelessness, addiction and poverty.
It is her sincere goal to bring attention to the suicide problem this country is dealing with. Losing both her ex-husband and son to suicide, not only enables her to empathize with those struggling with depression, anxiety, drug addiction but their friends and family too.
