Matthew attended Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA and after graduating, he enlisted in the US Army to participate in the Global War on Terrorism where he was a highly decorated Green Beret and served as a Special Forces Intelligence Officer before retiring. After fulfilling his contract with the US Army, Matthew returned to school and earned a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. Avi Fechter, co-founder of EquityPlus, worked for the District Government underwriting and closing over $400 million in LIHTC and NMTC financed projects while deploying $3 million of 9% LIHTC Allocation and $80 million of District Government loans. Matthew will inform you on how his military background prepared him for being successful in successful in the real estate industry and Fechter will show you how he financed major projects during his career.

Chris has also invested, improved and sold several business opportunities in Digital Automation, Project Management, Vacation Rental, Security Automation, Health and Wellness, Large Print Marketing and Storm Restoration.
Prior to being an entrepreneur, Chris provided training and advisory services for Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Currency Firms as well as Domestic and International Franchises. He has also served in Regional Management roles in INC 100 companies as well as Executive Management roles in Fortune 50 companies.
