Our guest today is award winning dancer, teacher, and choreographer, Brigitta Herrmann. For the past fifty years she has co-lead Group Motion Friday night Workshops --a two-hour-long, nonstop guided process of dance/movement improvisation with live music. The workshop combines highly refined structures of improvisation, movement meditations, and contact dance. An ensemble of musicians supports this interactive space with live improvised acoustic and electronic music. It has been conducted regularly every Friday night in Philadelphia since 1971 and has toured to festivals, dance centers, colleges, and schools in the US and other countries across the globe. Brigitta is the co-author of Group Motion in Practice: Collective Creation through Dance Movement Improvisation.

Djuna Wojton and Steve Sokolow
Djuna Wojton is a spiritual healer, psychic, and astrologer with over three decades of experience, and has lectured at Expos, bookstores, and on seagoing cruises. She is the director of the Djunaverse Center for Healing Arts and conducts private healings, readings, and workshops in person and remotely for people worldwide. She is the internationally acclaimed author of “Karmic Healing: Clearing Past-Life Blocks to Present-Day Love, Health and Happiness” and “Karmic Choices: How Making the Right Decisions Can Create Enduring Joy.” They are translated into seven languages and are distributed all over the world.
Dr. Stephen L. Sokolow is a child-centered educator committed to empowering wise leadership in both the public and private sectors. Formerly, he served as a superintendent of schools in New Jersey. He is the executive director of the Center for Empowered Leadership as well as a Reiki Master with more than 25 years of experience. Dr. Sokolow has coauthored three books, “The Spiritual Dimension of Leadership” (2006), “The Wise Leader: Doing the Right Things for the Right Reason” (2013), and “The Empowering Leader: 12 Core Values To Supercharge Your Leadership Skills” (2017). He has also contributed to Spirituality in Educational Leadership (2008). Dr. Sokolow is a VISTAGE speaker and is available for lectures, media appearances, workshops, and coaching sessions.
