Today we’re diving deep into the world of real estate, and there’s nobody else we would love to talk about the field other than, the Queen of Detroit Real Estate, Ashley Hamilton. Ashley is a Real Estate Investor who also is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, a Certified Hard Money Lender/Broker, Owns a Property Management Company, as well as a Project Management Company. In 2019 She started a Consulting Company that helps investors get started investing in Real Estate and gain access to Business and working capital. She started her investing career as a single mom, supporting her kids day by day as a waitress. In 2009 at age 23 she purchased her First home using her tax refund and made a plan to purchase 1 home every year using the rental income from the properties and her tax return until she acquired 10 homes, and to be a millionaire by age 30. Today Ashley has become a self-made millionaire, building a real estate investment empire in Detroit. Now she owns over 30 properties with a portfolio worth over $2 million dollars. Apart from her Real Estate investments, she has rehabbed over 100 properties as a project manager, has coached over 400 real estate investors, through her masterclasses, she has directly helped 30 students receive over $1 million dollars in business funding to grow their own businesses in the first 11 months of starting her company. Her outlook on Business is doing the right thing, even when nobody's watching, and values relationships over Money, and only participates in situations where everybody wins.

Will Roundtree
From homeless to millionaire, Will Roundtree has established himself as a staple in the real estate investment sector. His expertise has garnered him recognition among his peers and those in his community. As the founder and top-grossing principal at WE Management Services. Roundtree has helped over 3,500 small to medium-sized businesses get access to over 300 million dollars in business funding during a 24 month period. In 2005, he left his hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a borrowed 500 dollars, and headed towards Las Vegas. Once there, Roundtree found the ruthless realities of living without a financial plan and imperfect credit. His applications were denied for housing, and this left him homeless and living out of his car.
Roundtree was inspired to diligently educate himself on personal finance and credit. He would walk into libraries and read books about consumer credit laws, standard operating procedures, regulations and economics. Eventually, this led him to become a FICO Certified Consultant. In this role, Roundtree has helped numerous families successfully restore credit, obtain financial freedom and become flourishing homeowners and entrepreneurs. More than a decade later, Roundtree tours the country as a notable financial advisor, author, motivational speaker, mentor, community organizer, real estate investor and wealth builder. Just recently, he completed a nationwide tour headlining his innovative Cocktails and Credit seminars.
