Matt Thornhill had a successful consulting business dedicated to researching and understanding the needs of the boomer generation. He came to realize there was an essential unmet need for the middle-income sector of that demographic and upon leaving his consulting practice, he decided to pursue a solution. The result, Cozy Home Communities. In this episode, Matt describes this innovative concept as one part of the living solution for older adults: These homes designed close to one another, with appropriate social distancing, allows neighbors to help neighbors and offers a new approach to living for a new stage of life: Imagine living in your own house in a small neighborhood where your NEIGHBORS ARE YOUR FRIENDS.
