Dr. Kay, the “Healthy Spine Coach,” is a former paramedic and volunteer firefighter who suffered multiple back injuries on the job and left her career due to chronic pain. She later turned to holistic healing after her last back injury nearly left her disabled. Now, she helps women in emergency services and healthcare have freedom from back pain without medication or surgery so they can have longevity in the work they love. Dr. Kay is passionate about health and wellness and believes in the power of holistic healing. She has spent the last several years studying natural healing methods which led her to helping other women suffering from chronic back pain so they can continue to do things in life that bring them joy. Dr. Kay is a certified holistic wellness coach, EFT and meridian energy health tapping instructor, Emotion Code practitioner, and is currently studying to be a functional nutrition counselor, qigong instructor, and aromatherapist. She is also writing a book on holistic healing for women with chronic back pain.
