Health well-being and love of beauty. How Ayurveda and living with nature has transformed my life. How there are many healing modalities and finding the right one for you. The connection of mind body and spirit is the commonality.

I am Christine, I am a devoted student, yogini and Ayurvedic health practitioner. I’ve also been in the beauty industry for over 30 years and I do love beauty treatments! My yoga journey started when I had physical injuries and emotional healing to do. Many of my first classes I left crying, but luckily my teachers assured me this was normal, things were just breaking open, so I stuck with it. As my body became stronger and healthier, I soon discovered that my yoga mat was a place to find a sense of contentment, self awareness and mind body connection. I’m a big believer that our bodies are always talking to us and that the universe is as well. Yoga and Ayurveda can make you feel better physically, spiritually and mentally. When I first started teaching yoga it was to specialized populations - autism, cancer and eating disorders- this taught me patience, compassion and that are needs are different but most importantly that we are all love at our core. I had to learn unconditional love for myself, that regardless of my mistakes, my shame, my job, how I look etc that I can be loved, that at my core I’m love and that vulnerability is a strength not weakness. Yoga and Ayurveda are not a "one size fits all" practice, every person is on a different path. I try to offer everyone the opportunity to take that path in their own way at their own pace, to modify when needed and check in how they feel moment to moment- honoring their own inner wisdom.
