As a mom of two and a #hashimotoswarrior, my journey began with persistent symptoms like extreme fatigue, bloating, brain fog and hair loss. Despite seeking help from various specialists, tests showed nothing unusual, leaving me frustrated and isolated. You may be able to relate. Determined to uncover the truth about my health, I began advocating for myself, explored integrative approaches, educated myself and adopted different lifestyle changes. Along the way, I discovered the power of a root-cause approach – an in-depth process that results in addressing the underlying problem, not just treating the symptoms. After discovering I had Hashimoto’s and finding relief through faith, community and lifestyle shifts, I wanted to do more¦I wanted to help others in a big way. I wanted to help others that were just as frustrated as me, find hope and healing. So, I became an Integrative Health Practitioner, which led to the birth of ThriveWell. At the core of my approach and practice lies the ThriveWell Method - a comprehensive strategy that addresses root causes, treating the whole person instead of just focusing on the symptoms with temporary solutions.
