Her trailblazing career saw her shatter glass ceilings, becoming both a Sheriff’s Chief Deputy and the first female Chief of Police in the Sacramento region and the first female motorcycle sergeant for her sheriff's department. Roseanne is a seasoned law enforcement officer and an accomplished executive coach, speaker, and author. She hosts the "ResurgentU-Today’s the Day!" podcast. She has penned influential books like "Ascending the Ranks: Growing into a Reverent Leader" and "ResurgentU-Today’s the Day! Your Mindful Journal," with more works on leadership and promotion strategies in the pipeline. An adjunct faculty member with the National Command & Staff College and the Institute for Creditable Leadership Development, Rosanne is also a certified speaker, trainer, and leadership coach with the John Maxwell Team and an advanced relationship coach in Strategic Intervention. Her education includes graduating from the prestigious LAPD West Point Leadership Program, where she played a pivotal role in developing the Sheriff’s Leadership Program.
